Retained search, focused on alternatives

Arcana is a Miami-based retained executive search firm founded in 2023. We work with real estate investors and developers and hedge funds across the US, and every search is led by our founder from first call to accepted offer.

Principal-side experience

Our founder learned real estate on the principal side, at a family office with a commercial real estate portfolio, before focusing on investment and fundraising searches. We understand LP/GP dynamics, fund structures, carried interest and capital formation from the inside.

That background shapes each search. We speak with candidates as peers, benchmark roles against current market compensation, and represent our clients’ platforms accurately to the people they want to hire.

We take on a limited number of searches at a time. Stephanie leads every engagement personally, with project management support from our associate.
