Founder & Managing Partner
Stephanie founded Arcana in 2023 after several years in executive search across the alternatives industry, specializing in investment and fundraising searches for boutique firms in New York and Miami. She moved into search after working on the principal side at a family office with a commercial real estate portfolio.
She leads business development, client relationships and every stage of search execution. Her focus is real estate private equity, debt and development, and she also places front-office professionals with hedge fund, private equity, private credit and venture capital clients.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Research Methods. Originally from Upstate New York, she lived in New York City before moving to Miami in 2020, where Arcana is based.
