After several years of experience devoted to executive search across the alts industry, Stephanie founded Arcana in 2023 to leverage her expertise and better serve clients and candidates with a high-touch, economical model. She covers business development, client relationships, and all aspects of search execution.

Although Stephanie’s focus is primarily with real estate clients, she also successfully places front office professionals for hedge fund, private equity/private credit, and venture capital clients.

Prior to founding Arcana, Stephanie specialized in investment and fundraising talent searches for boutique executive search firms in NYC and Miami. Her segue into executive search followed a real estate asset management position for a family office in New York. With a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Research Methods, Stephanie has a lifelong passion for understanding the complexities of group and organizational dynamics.

Born and raised in Upstate NY, Stephanie later moved to New York City and currently resides in Miami, FL.
