Arcana LLC ("Arcana", "we") is a retained executive search firm based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through arcana.partners, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact inquiries: name, firm, work email, phone (optional), inquiry type and your message.

• Candidate registrations: name, contact details, location, resume, current title and employer, and any optional details you provide, such as compensation, notice period, LinkedIn profile and answers to our questions.

• Research purchases: name, email and the billing details needed to complete your order. Payments are handled by our e-commerce and payment providers. We do not store card numbers.

• Website usage: standard information collected by our website platform, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and manage client relationships.

• To consider candidates for current and future searches and contact them about relevant opportunities.

• To deliver purchased reports.

• To operate, secure and improve the website, including spam prevention.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. Candidate information is never shared with a client without the candidate's consent. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, including Squarespace (website, forms and e-commerce), Recruit CRM (candidate and client records) and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), and where required by law.

Retention

We keep candidate and client records for as long as they are useful for our search work or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing connect@arcana.partners. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
