What to expect:

  • Initial diligence zoom meeting with Arcana founder Stephanie Cummings. We’ll budget one hour to:

    • Review your current resume, your LinkedIn profile, your experience, and the current alignment or misalignment of communicating through both tools.

    • Cover your experience and goals in depth.

    • Strategize on how to best position your resume and LinkedIn profile to reach those goals and higher interest rates. For LinkedIn, this guidance may include: optimizing profile for keywords, adjusting certain backend settings, advice for your profile photo and banner image, and joining relevant groups.

      • We execute all aforementioned edits except profile photo generation, though we do have resources for you to take and choose the best photo.

    • Advise on best practices for maintaining your LinkedIn profile once it’s complete, and for building your network.

    • Advise on best practices for applying to positions, connecting with the correct people, resume updates, and distribution.

    • Explain next steps.

  • After our diligence zoom, you’ll receive an RFI to confirm any outstanding and important items (dates, metrics, titles, etc.).

  • Once the diligence and RFI have been completed, any follow up questions have been answered, and access has been granted to your LI profile/account, it will take 7-10 business days for Stephanie to fully complete your resume, and update and optimize your LinkedIn profile.

  • We’ll connect with you on LinkedIn (if we haven’t already), confidentially retain your experience details and resume, alert you to any opportunities with our clients that may be of interest to you.
