All data was collected via a confidential, self-reporting survey offered to Arcana’s candidate network. The survey was offered from October 2024 to January 2025 and intended to capture 2024 actual compensation. The data includes responses from U.S. real estate investment, fundraising, and IR professionals. While some international candidate data was recorded, it was not factored into our survey results.
