With five years of experience devoted to executive search within the real estate industry, Stephanie founded Arcana in 2023, leveraging her expertise to better serve clients and candidates with a high-touch, economical model. She covers business development, client relationships, and all aspects of search execution.

Although Stephanie’s focus is primarily on real estate and real assets, she has also successfully placed investment professionals for hedge fund, private equity/private credit, and venture capital clients.

Prior to founding Arcana, Stephanie specialized in real estate investment searches for boutique executive search firms in NYC and Miami. Her segue into real estate executive search followed a real estate portfolio management position for a family office in New York.

Stephanie currently resides in Miami, FL.
