Areas of Practice
Investment
The majority of our mandates have been to find and place investment talent with Commercial Real Estate clients. This includes talent experienced within the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Development, Underwriting, and Originations functions.
Beyond real estate, we’re versed in placing Research, Trading, and Portfolio Manangement professionals with our Hedge Fund clients.
We’ve placed candidates across seniority levels from Senior Analyst to Managing Director, who are specialized in covering the entire spectrum of real estate investment strategies, geographies, and asset types. These searches require an acute understanding of our clients and their objectives.
While our candidate universe is strong, these searches, by nature, require their own independent research and focus. That is the work our clients return to us for, and the work that we do exceptionally well.
Fundraising & IR
Our team is experienced in placing professionals who source, structure, and manage capital relationships - for individually syndicated deals, JV partnerships, and fund vehicles.
We place candidates who bring fundraising track records and LP relationships ranging from private wealth (HNWI, RIAs), to middle market institutional (FOs, pensions, endowments, foundations) and institutional.
In addition to capital raisers, we’re also well versed in investor relations professionals who add transformative value with marketing, communications, and IR operations.
